WHAT IS THE UPPER LIMIT OF PHOTOGRAPHS?

Few brides know, but some professionals limit the number of photos taken at the ceremony and party. Before hiring a photographer, check this issue so you don't end up with a limited album or have to pay extra for each additional click.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

Before you even embark on your honeymoon, all you'll want to do is look at the wedding photos. This point makes the difference and goes beyond the photographing service. Find out when you will have the first selection of edited photos, and what will be the schedule of all contracted works, as proof of the virtual and physical album, and the finished album, in addition to extra services, such as mini albums for parents and godparents. In our case the final wedding gallery is ready around 8-10weeks, and 12-14 weeks for videos, but to make sure are clients are looked after we send a "Sneak Peek" of the wedding within 72 hours. All of your images are delivered online in a private gallery and you'll be downloading the full resolution images! Each image is individually post-produced. While the videos are delivered on cloud and also in a USB Drive delivered to your home.

WHO WILL PHOTOGRAPH THE WEDDING?

Some companies have several teams, in order to be able to attend more than one wedding per day. Others have a main photographer, who is accompanied by an assistant or second freelance photographer. The number of guests directly affects the number of professionals, but even a mini wedding requires a minimum number of photographers. Tell the photographer and videographer every detail, from if the bride is going to get ready in the salon and the groom in the barbershop and both want photos of their making of and the assembly of the party and church. It is already important to also consider the pre-wedding and post wedding photoshoots, if the bride and groom so wish, and to make a package with all these sessions.

IS THERE ANY TRAVEL FEE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

CAN I CREATE A TAILORED PACKAGE?

If your dream day doesn’t fit in any package, you can also ask for a tailored package that will suit your needs and expectations for the day.

IF I WANT AN ALBUM, CAN I BUY IT AFTER THE WEDDING?

While some of our packages include albums, we understand that it might not always be feasible to include one in your budget before the wedding. That's why we offer the option to purchase your dream album a few months after your wedding, perhaps as a meaningful one-year anniversary gift to your partner. We take pride in crafting custom-designed photo books for our clients, and we strongly encourage printing your images as they possess a unique charm of their own!

FOR HOW LONG ARE FILES KEPT, AND HOW ARE THEY STORED?

Understanding how long your vendor retains your files and their storage methods is crucial. Practices vary widely; some vendors retain files indefinitely, while others do so for as little as a year or even less. Knowing how your vendor handles storage provides peace of mind. In our case, each file is immediately duplicated upon capture with our cameras' dual SD cards. Furthermore, we store delivered galleries on two hard drives for a period of 5 years.

DOES YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEGRAPHER EDIT EVERY DELIVERED IMAGE AND VIDEO?

To ensure your wedding photos tell a cohesive and captivating story, it’s essential to understand your vendor's post-wedding process. Rest assured, we take meticulous care of your cherished photos and videos, applying our signature Storyteller style during post-production. This thoughtful process involves precise color correction, exposure adjustments, selective black-and-white enhancements, clarity refinement, tone mapping, and any additional adjustments needed to perfect each image. The result? A beautifully curated collection of memories that truly reflect the magic of your special day.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

While it may seem trivial, understanding the booking process is essential. Will there be a contract or booking fee, and if so, what are the terms? When is payment due, and are there any payment plans available? After booking, what should you expect in terms of communication and next steps? Planning your special day can feel overwhelming, but knowing these details can provide reassurance that you've made the right choice.
