Best Venues to get Married in Ireland - Photographer’s opinion

Ireland has many wonderful places where you can have the wedding of your dreams. From morning prep to late night parties. You will find a huge variety of beautiful places to do it. All tastes and styles are welcome and your choice of location will help you tick off half of your wedding list. Planning a wedding can be stressful, so I've decided to write about my favourite locations for shooting weddings in Ireland (2024). I select places to have big weddings, intimate ceremonies, outdoors and indoors reunions. (I have more places to add in this article, and will do so as soon as I have some free time). These are my opinions from personal experiences and I also love to hear more about your opinions as well!!

THE G HOTEL & SPA IN GALWAY

The G Hotel & Spa is in one of the best locations in Galway. A place to start your morning preparations in one of its beautiful suites, it also has a ceremony room that can be customized to your liking and decorated to your best.

The reception can start right after the ceremony, the place is perfect to accommodate all your guests before, during and after the celebration. They also offer a personalized menu, a wide range of drinks and a beautiful view. Located in Claddagh, it is a great choice for couples who want practicality and comfort on their wedding day. As a photographer it's amazing to be able to capture so many amazing moments by the natural light that comes in through the window wall around the venue.
